These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of games and applications provided by HCLab (“we”, “us”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

본 서비스 이용약관(이하 “약관”)은 HCLab(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 게임 및 애플리케이션(이하 “서비스”) 이용에 적용됩니다. 사용자는 서비스를 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

Your Use of the Services / 서비스 이용

  • You must use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
    사용자는 관련 법령과 본 약관을 준수하여 서비스를 이용해야 합니다.
  • You agree not to engage in cheating, modifying the app, or unauthorized access.
    사용자는 치트, 앱 변조, 비인가 접근 등의 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
  • We may update, change, or discontinue features without prior notice.
    회사는 서비스의 기능을 사전 공지 없이 변경 또는 중단할 수 있습니다.

In-App Purchases / 인앱 결제

Some Services offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and we do not store payment information.

일부 서비스에서는 인앱 결제가 제공될 수 있으며, 모든 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play에서 처리됩니다. 회사는 결제 정보(카드번호 등)를 저장하지 않습니다.

Local Storage & Item Restoration / 로컬 저장 및 아이템 복구

  • We do not operate our own game servers. Your purchased items, game progress, and consumable items are stored locally on your device.
    회사는 별도의 게임 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 구매한 아이템, 진행 정보, 소모성 아이템은 모두 사용자 기기에 로컬 저장됩니다.
  • Consumable items cannot be restored if you change your device, delete the app, or lose local data.
    기기를 변경하거나 앱을 삭제하거나 로컬 데이터가 손실될 경우 소모성 아이템은 복구되지 않습니다.
  • Non-consumable items (e.g., ad removal) may be restored through the platform’s “Restore Purchases” feature.
    비소모성 아이템(예: 광고 제거)은 각 스토어의 “구매 복원” 기능을 통해 복구될 수 있습니다.

Refund Policy / 환불 정책

Refunds follow Apple App Store and Google Play policies. Users must request refunds through the respective store.

환불은 Apple App Store 및 Google Play의 정책을 따르며, 사용자는 해당 스토어를 통해 환불 요청을 진행해야 합니다.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability / 면책 및 책임 제한

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
    서비스는 명시적 또는 묵시적 보증 없이 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by device issues, OS updates, or deletion of local data.
    기기 문제, OS 업데이트, 로컬 데이터 삭제 등으로 인한 손실에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  • We are not liable for failures caused by third-party services such as ads or payment platforms.
    광고·결제 등 제3자 서비스로 인해 발생한 문제에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

Governing Law / 준거법

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

HCLab (“we”, “us”) provides mobile and PC games (“Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Services.

HCLab(이하 “회사”)는 모바일 및 PC 게임 서비스(이하 “서비스”)를 제공하며, 본 개인정보 처리방침은 사용자가 서비스를 이용할 때 회사가 어떤 정보를 수집하고, 어떻게 이용·보관·보호하는지 설명합니다.

Information We Collect / 수집하는 정보

  • Device data: device model, OS version, language, country, app version.
    기기 정보: 기기 모델, OS 버전, 언어, 국가, 앱 버전 등.
  • Advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID) based on consent.
    광고 식별자 (IDFA/AAID)
  • Purchase data: non-personal transaction status.
    구매 정보: 비개인 거래 상태.
  • We do not collect names, emails, or precise location.
    이름, 이메일, 정밀 위치 등은 수집하지 않습니다.

Camera Usage & Image Processing / 카메라 사용 및 이미지 처리

Our camera-based application uses your device’s camera solely to display a real-time preview and to capture photos at your request.

본 카메라 앱은 실시간 미리보기 제공 및 사용자가 촬영 버튼을 눌렀을 때 사진을 저장하기 위한 목적으로만 기기 카메라를 사용합니다.

  • All camera data is processed locally on your device.
    카메라 영상 및 사진 데이터는 모두 사용자 기기 내에서만 처리됩니다.
  • No camera images or videos are transmitted to external servers.
    촬영된 이미지나 영상은 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
  • We do not perform face recognition, biometric analysis, or identity verification.
    얼굴 인식, 생체 정보 분석, 신원 확인 기능은 수행하지 않습니다.
  • Captured photos are saved only when the user explicitly chooses to save them.
    사진 저장은 사용자가 명시적으로 저장을 선택한 경우에만 이루어집니다.
  • We do not access or store photos without user interaction.
    사용자 동작 없이 사진이나 영상에 접근하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

Our games do not use a server. All data is stored locally on the device.
